StagingConsultPro is developed and operated by Allura Home Staging Ltd.
By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, accessing the platform, downloading materials, or using any StagingConsultPro resources, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the website, platform, or digital products.
StagingConsultPro provides digital tools and resources designed to help home stagers and real estate agents deliver staging and pre-listing consultation services. These resources may include seller-facing guides, staging consultation reports, walk-and-talk report tools, checklists, how-to guides, educational materials, and related digital content.
StagingConsultPro is not a real estate brokerage, legal service, financial advisory service, or certification program. The materials are intended to support professional staging consultations and client communication, but they do not replace professional training, independent judgment, legal advice, real estate brokerage obligations, or compliance with any laws, licensing rules, board requirements, or professional standards that may apply to your business.
To use StagingConsultPro, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
By using the platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the service for lawful business purposes.
To access subscriber resources, you may be required to create an account using your email address and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your login information with unauthorized users or allow others to access the platform through your account.

StagingConsultPro is offered as a digital subscription service. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available features will be described at checkout or on the applicable product page.
Your subscription provides access to the materials and tools made available under your plan during the active subscription period. We may update, add, remove, modify, or improve platform features and materials from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are billed in U.S. dollars. No free trials are offered.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any taxes or charges that may apply.
StagingConsultPro does not store your full credit card number or complete payment card details on its own systems.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information current. If a payment fails, access to your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment processor or by contacting support@stagingconsultpro.com.
Cancellation stops future billing. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not be renewed thereafter.
Because StagingConsultPro provides digital resources and subscription access, all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.

During an active subscription, you may use StagingConsultPro materials in your own staging or pre-listing consultation business for the purpose of serving your own clients.
You may provide seller-facing materials, reports, or consultation outputs to your own clients as part of your services, provided that your use is consistent with these Terms and any platform instructions.
You may not claim that you created StagingConsultPro materials from scratch, resell the platform materials as standalone products, redistribute them to other professionals, share your account access, or use the materials to create a competing product or service.
All StagingConsultPro content, including guides, reports, templates, checklists, written materials, branding, designs, graphics, layouts, platform tools, and related resources, is owned by Allura Home Staging Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business consultations during your active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

StagingConsultPro is designed to help users deliver more polished and organized staging consultations. However, we do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in increased revenue, client bookings, listing success, faster sales, higher sale prices, business growth, or any particular outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, business practices, client relationships, skill level, implementation, local real estate conditions, and professional judgment.
You are responsible for how you use the materials in your business and with your clients.
If you are a real estate agent, stager, designer, consultant, or other professional, you are responsible for complying with any licensing requirements, brokerage policies, board rules, advertising rules, agency obligations, privacy obligations, consumer protection laws, and professional standards that apply to you.
StagingConsultPro materials are practical business resources only. They are not legal, financial, real estate brokerage, tax, insurance, or professional regulatory advice.
The website or platform may include links to third-party websites, services, payment processors, or other resources. These third-party services are not controlled by StagingConsultPro.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy, security, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to provide reliable access to StagingConsultPro, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or materials at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay subscription fees, infringe intellectual property rights, compromise platform security, or engage in conduct that may harm StagingConsultPro, Allura Home Staging Ltd., other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform and use subscriber materials ends immediately.
The website, platform, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allura Home Staging Ltd., StagingConsultPro, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the platform, materials, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to StagingConsultPro in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allura Home Staging Ltd., StagingConsultPro, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your use of the materials with your clients, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of StagingConsultPro will be handled in the courts located in Alberta, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of StagingConsultPro after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
